***Water-Gate Salad***

1 Box of pistachio pudding mix
1 can (16 ounces) crushed pineapple, don't drain
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1 container (8 ounces) cool whip

Stir dry pistachio mix into pineapple, marshmallows, and pecans. Fold in cool whip. Chill over night for best results, or 3 hours.
