2 1/2 cups water
fine sea salt
8 ounces Lacinato kale, stems removed and chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped (about 3/4 cup)
1 red bell pepper, chopped (about 3/4 cup)
1 large carrot , shredded (about 1 cup)
1 English cucumber
1 bunch of radishes, thinly sliced
